It's not really accurate to call WebEx WebOffice a "small" competitor now that WebEx is owned by Cisco, the world's largest networking company. That combination gives WebEx and interesting entry point into small businesses -- buy a small office modem or a router and you likely will also get the push for WebEx's online applications. WebOffice includes more than a dozen core applications, including the usual office apps as well as tools for expense reports, web meetings and discussion groups, the latter two growing out of WebEx's online meeting roots.
