WebEx (Cisco)

WebOffice Calendar (click to enlarge)

It's not really accurate to call WebEx WebOffice a "small" competitor now that WebEx is owned by Cisco, the world's largest networking company. That combination gives WebEx and interesting entry point into small businesses -- buy a small office modem or a router and you likely will also get the push for WebEx's online applications. WebOffice includes more than a dozen core applications, including the usual office apps as well as tools for expense reports, web meetings and discussion groups, the latter two growing out of WebEx's online meeting roots. Pricing starts at $59.95 per month for five users. GO: WebEx WebOffice
