3.) Interactivity is emphasized in a traveling carnival’s email marketing campaign. In print advertising, there's no way to let people know what kind of fun they’ll be missing out on if they don't attend the carnival. But the email marketing software includes the ability to embed video in messages. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then what is a video that shows people enjoying themselves worth? Such a video will put a smile on the faces of everyone who opens the message!

4.) Embarking upon a traveling carnival’s email marketing plan gives carnivals a much better chance of engaging people both before and after the event has left town. Carnivals would typically only advertise in a newspaper the week before arriving in town. But with email marketing, carnivals can stay in touch with the locals in the weeks and months prior to their arrival. Build excitement for the carnival by listing the stops on the tour at the top of the message—and then remind people the fun will return at the same time next year by continuing to send them messages once the carnival has moved on.

5.) The marketing software provides a modern method of "word of mouth." People can easily forward the messages on to family and friends, which will make it easier for large groups to plan a night out at the carnival. Everyone will have the information at their fingertips. There will be no need to play "phone tag" and for people to get frustrated trying to coordinate with each other.

For traveling carnivals, an email marketing campaign will revolutionize the methods of advertising and promotion. Check out the software today!
