In order to make the service a success and meet customer demand, the company needed to do more than just upload a file and send. They needed to see the results of their work, but it was impossible to do so with the program they were using. So much time and effort was being invested in the product, but what results were they really getting? There were too many questions left unanswered: Were the email addresses were still valid? The Solution

The Results

One week after contacting EZ Publishing, RISMEDIA switched to Stream Send as its sole email marketing service. The results were immediate: the service reported that 20% of the email addresses that were on the existing list were invalid. Meanwhile, the sign-up form created through Stream Send was generating new subscribers every day.

Instead of a large, expensive staff, RISMEDIA needs just one employee to distribute "Today's Real Estate News" on a daily basis to a list that had grown to 800,000 readers.
