How Good a Negotiator Are You?
Like any management skill, negotiation can be learned, practiced, and mastered. Here is a questionnaire on the personal characteristics necessary to be a great negotiator. It will help you determine where you have strengths as a negotiator and where you may need improvement. Circle the number that best reflects where you fall on the scale.
