I agree local search has considerable potential, our experience is the concept is still quite immature, at least in Canada.
We are a B to B Voip service provider based in Calgary. We get lots of impressions from Google Adwords but precious few click throughs. This suggests to me the ad is being seen by lots of prospects but few in our market.
I would welcome suggestions or advice on to improve our success rate as we believe this medium has signficant potential.
