if you look you will see on the web how many people have had big problems with paypal -www.paypalsucks.com and a lot more - i have read over 500 emails from unhappy people who have dealt with paypal -i set up a paypal account and transfered money and then was limited by them it took weeks before they would do any thing thats when i got on line and read every thing i could on paypal -they are not regulated at all by the united states gov - they have cost small business tons of money by freezing there accounts -i personally never dealt with them till that first day they froze my account and i had to fax paper after paper and they would give me excuse after excuse and told me if i wanted to clsoe my account they would mail me my money 6 months latter - on wed of this week i signed in to my emailopened and eamil and read it and clicked to continue and was charged 47.89 on my paypal account i called right then and there and was told by paypal they could not stop payment on my bank account -so i filed a dispute i then emailed the company that stole my money and they sent me a email after i had sent the email to them complaining about the theif and they said they would refund my money asap and i was right about what happen and they were sorry (right whatever) today i get on line and paypal has closed the case and sided with them of all thing -why i ask when they have stolen my money and charged me with out my approval -people are looking for some thing else -paypal has too much control -ebay,paypal,skye,and 25 percent of craigslist ,kijijji and rent.com -paypal or ebay has done it to them self -they are big brother -they know your bank account history due to your paypal account they know were you live due to rent.com -why would they want 25 percent of craigslist ? well maybe to buy it all out and get rid of the fact it is free - you learn from craigslist and take that and apply it to kijijji -with syke they know who you are calling ? why what else do they own i know they are unhappy losing money with syke and paying too much for it -on ebay they have raised there fees over and over and when they report a small loss to stock holders they make it up by raising rates to list items on ebay after the report the next week -craigslist does hurt them when youlook at all the items sold locally they ebay has lost the listing fees for and paypal the money transfers for those items --this new company willdo ok as long as they doen run it like aol -my two roomates worked for aol in jacksonville fl i know over 50 people who did also - the move to india really hurt aol dont let it fool you -american on line is not india on line -small business is about change a better idea and about making money with that idea - i really feel when word of mouth gets out and if they keep a friendly customer service crew they will win in the long run -paypal cant reinvent it self -the one thing i like about this company right off is the fact before you can do anything they ask you for your ss# then go from there -paypal let you join and even transfer funds and get money take money before they ask you for that then when they get around to doing that they freeze your account and can do so for 6 months with out giving you a reson and hang up on you -look i have the emails to prove this first hand frommy dealing -i finally had to email every one at paypal as i read and email from an ex employee that told me that there email addess was the first letter of there name with the last name i think he said and i wrote everyone down the line ceo of paypal and of ebay -i got a phone call one hour latter ona sat ! and with in three hours my account was fixed -the main thing i did was tell them i was going to write and ask for them to be regulated as they are not by any gov agency -by revlution money asking you for your ss# right off the bat they are to a great start ! as for paypal and me yes i am still using them and i will be joining revolution money -the final straw is why would you agree (paypal) with crooks who are begging to give me a refund so they are not arrested and jailed for stealing my money ! that makes no sense
