To help with Twitter organization, I've tried TweetDeck and Hootsuite. They're both practically the same, but for work I've ended up only using Hootsuite. It's a great way to keep track of Twitter and FB posts if those are your major social media focuses. I'm not sure if they can also incorporate smaller social media tools. For those serious about mastering a Twitter client, Hootsuite even has a Hootsuite University. Just more food for thought.
