Lathem Time Corp.'s PayClock Express is an automated time and attendance system aimed at small businesses. The system, which runs on the Windows XP or Vista operating systems, uses a special chip that communicates with the clock via radio frequencies. PayClock, the company says, is an efficient and inexpensive replacement for manual paper punch cards.
