(D-Mass.), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and
Entrepreneurship, hosted a roundtable discussion about how to strengthen
the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program. Participants
discussed how to help businesses commercialize their research products and
protect their intellectual property rights.
