Washing the car is a task most people would rather assign to someone else. Who has the time or the patience to wash a car by hand anymore? The modernization of automatic car washes—which rapidly yet thoroughly wash a car in a fraction of the time it would take to do so by hand—has convinced even the most prideful car owner that all the “elbow grease” in the world doesn’t make up for how fast a car can be cleaned at a carwash.

The desire of people to get their cars professionally washed has ensured business remains strong for car washes despite the extended downturn in the economy. However, there’s no shortage of competition in the carwash industry and no limit to the desire of car owners to find the best and cheapest deal possible. Carwash owners shouldn’t be discouraged though, as a car wash’s email marketing program will distinguish that car wash from the competition while also delivering a message to the target audience in unmatched fashion!

Indeed, advances in email marketing software have made it easier than ever to merge car washes and email marketing. Car washes used to rely on newspaper advertisements and word-of-mouth to generate new business, but newspapers are all but dead as a medium and word-of-mouth can’t compare to the reach generated by the relationship between car washes and email marketing.
