The summer is a great time for libraries. Kids are out of school and their parents are eager to get them to the library, where they can either read required books for the upcoming school year or learn the joys of reading for pleasure. Plus, adults have more time off in the summer and are likely to hit the library looking for some entertaining vacation reading material.
