The History
It started as a HR support group founded and funded by the founder when he owned 2 other companies and eventually developed into a leading edge outsourced HR department dealing with local, national and international companies. It is presently comprised both of local and national specialists who provide an array of recruiting, orientation, training and compliance (ROTC) services on a project or retainer basis.

Approximately $650,000 of established primarily retainer or retainer like business
A clean balance sheet (Founder will keep all a/p, a/r and debt)
A proven sales and marketing program, top materials, a successful web site, public workshop series and a database of clients that we reach frequently through direct mail, email and broadcast faxing

Excellent administrative support including all billings and collections
An intact management team and operations staff
A company with an excellent reputation in the marketplace with a leading edge marketing position
An intact company program (Our Way of Doing Business) that includes our vision, expectations, values, goals, review process and strategy and support plan
Extensive human resource marketing materials and the use of the founder’s personal writings
The Price
$50,000 down
10% of gross profit for 2 years
Normal commissions to founder based on 2003 commission plan
The Owner’s Personal Support
His intent is to grow his personal production and give you a 2 year commitment
A role as marketing manager if appropriate
Personal coaching and training support to you. Any/all information shared openly
The Owner’s Requests
A position with the company that fits new organization
Normal commissions for his work
To retain authorship of his writings
Freedom
A new owner that aligns with existing company’s vision and values
