we've been trying to hire some new people in my company but haven't been getting a very good response. Mostly we either don't get a decent response or only underqualified people.
How do you advertise job openings in your company? Since I've worked here we've used the local paper but I think its all dried up. Has anyone here used Monster? I'd like to give them a try. They aren't very expensive for running an ad for 60 days.
