Our company is a new founded constructional company in Lithuania (Europe), which established alliances with the best producers and providers of building trade and implement the successful idea within a competitive vertical market. Our competitive advantage is based on our proprietary idea. The head of our company owns a successful working window manufacturing company too.
Our company makes a reach for founding a subsidiary autonomous company- 1st gay resort in Lithuania. On the ground of gay public opinion and declarations we can possibly come to a strong conclusion that local and foreigner gays haven’t a specific place in Lithuania (except few gay clubs, but it’s another sphere of gay entertainment), where they could feel free, take a rest and they need it.
For founding of gay resort we need foreign investment of about $350,000 for purchase of building, potential reconstruction, equipment. So, we are looking for investor and business partner helping in this new business idea in our country.
