I'm in central Ohio - lots of mobile homes in parks, available to be picked up and sold "Lonnie Scruggs" style. Looking to hook up with someone (preferably in Ohio) who would be interested in pursuing these. Business closing, health problems, tax liens, and resulting poor credit prevent me from engaging in this for my own account.
I can find and negotiate deals, have individual with MH maintenance experience to make sure they are in tip-top shape. I can find buyers with $ down, for quick resale.
You get the down payment, incredible yield on the note, in exchange for your taking care of acquisition and sales cost. I get a fair finder's service fee for the legwork and expertise. Thirty years' experience in accounting and finance.
