Try to get an internship or position as an entry level HR admin. You can look at medium sized to large companies and government agencies. The good thing about smaller companies is you will get a wider variety of exposure. GET YOUR DEGREE! Attend SHRM and PIRA meetings for HR, if you want to go into Organizational Development or Training, attend the ASTD chapter in your area.
