Hank leads the marketing function at Visitar, driving messaging, positioning and branding that are key to success. Prior to joining Visitar, Hank served as VP of marketing at Ultimus, Inc., helping to establish the firm as a global leader in business process management (BPM) and workflow automation.
Hank also served as senior vice president of marketing and strategy for Divine Software Services Organization, and vice president at Eprise Corporation in product management, marketing, and strategy. While at Eprise, he helped the company raise more than $38 million in three rounds of funding and complete a successful $60 million IPO. In addition to Eprise, Barnes has also played key roles in the field organizations of Edify, 3Com, and a successful Lotus Notes VAR.
